Icons that say what a place is
A stay, a meal and an activity used to draw the same icon for a hostel or a resort, a cafe or a bar, a museum or a beach. Each now draws the icon for what it specifically is, in the same colour as before.
Every stay drew the same bed, every meal the same fork and knife, every activity the same ticket, on the map and in the day's timeline alike. A hostel and a resort, a coffee shop and a cocktail bar, a museum and a beach: all the same badge, in the same colour, telling you only which of the four kinds of thing it was.
- A stay now draws its own icon when its type says what kind it is: a hostel, a resort, a cottage, a campground, a guest house.
- An activity does the same: a museum, a park, a beach, a temple, a theatre, a market, and more.
- A coffee or a snack picked at a cafe, a bakery or a bar draws that icon instead of the general one. Breakfast, lunch and dinner always keep the fork and knife, whatever the place.
- The colour behind the badge has not changed, pink for a stay, orange for a meal, teal for an activity: only the glyph inside it is new.
A stay or an activity you already planned gets its new icon the moment you open the trip again, with nothing to redo. A meal only picks it up once its place is picked again.
