Budget for the Whole Group, Not Just Yourself
Set your travel party size once and Trip Budget scales every total automatically. Prices stay per person in the data and the math happens in the display.
See Your Entire Route on a Live Map
Every city you add to your itinerary appears as a pin on an interactive map. Watch your route take shape as you plan, no separate mapping tool needed.
Planning together shouldn't be complicated
Coordinating a group trip usually means answering the same questions over and over. Where are we staying on night three? How much does the train on day six cost? What's the total per person? Instead of forwarding spreadsheets or screenshotting your plan, Trip Budget lets you generate a shareable link in one click.
One click to share, no login for viewers
Open the Share dialog from your trip header, generate a unique link, and copy it. Anyone with the link can view the full itinerary including all days, all costs, and the route map without creating an account. It's perfect for friends who just need to see the plan and not edit it.
Copy a shared trip to your own account
Found a great trip shared by someone else? Anyone with a Trip Budget account can copy the entire itinerary to their own dashboard with one tap. It lands as a new trip that you own completely so you can edit it, remix it, and build on top of someone else's great planning work.
You control what gets shared
The share link is generated on demand and tied to a unique ID. Your other trips are never exposed. Revoke the share at any time from the same dialog and the link stops working immediately.
Build a trip worth sharing
The best travel plans shouldn't live locked inside a private spreadsheet. When your route is mapped out, your budget is broken down by day, and every booking link is attached, the result is genuinely useful for anyone thinking about the same trip. Share it openly or keep it private. The choice is yours.
