Budget for the Whole Group, Not Just Yourself

Set your travel party size once and Trip Budget scales every total automatically. Prices stay per person in the data and the math happens in the display.

Group trips have a math problem

When you're planning for two, four, or eight people, every total in your budget needs to be multiplied. That means updating formulas, remembering which costs are per person versus shared, and rechecking everything if someone drops out. Trip Budget handles all of this automatically.

Set your party size right in the header

The Guest Selector sits in the budget header. Tap it, choose your party size, and every budget card updates instantly. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Total all scale up together across every cost category at once.

Per-person prices, group-level totals

Prices in the itinerary are always stored as per-person amounts. This keeps individual cost entries clean and intuitive. You enter what one person pays and the app calculates the rest. Change the party size at any point and the underlying data never changes, only the display total does.

Works just as well for solo travel

Traveling alone? Leave the default at one and the behavior is identical to any standard budget app. Adding a partner later? Update the guest count and instantly see how the total changes across the full trip. Planning a family vacation? Set the count to four and share the plan so everyone knows exactly what to expect.

No more mental math

Whether you're splitting a villa between friends or budgeting a solo adventure, Trip Budget adjusts to your party size without requiring you to restructure your data. Set it once and the rest is taken care of.
